About me

My name is Caroline. 50 years old.

I’m a social worker. A mother to a 17-year-old daughter. In a loving LAT relationship with my wonderful man. A caregiver.
So yes… life is beautifully full.

And now, also a Face Yoga teacher.

I live consciously. I go to bed on time, I eat with awareness, I breathe deeply, and I move my body every day. I have a morning routine with breathing, lymphatic exercises, and face yoga. And I also consciously enjoy my little glass of wine in the garden — diluted with water and a slice of lemon. Delicious. ;-)

If you had told me 10 years ago that in 2026 I would have two businesses
(the first in personal guidance and the second in the world of yoga), I wouldn’t have believed you.

Both of my businesses exist to help and support people. And that’s what I truly love.

I discovered Face Yoga through an online course while searching for a way to lift my tired, wrinkled face. I even tried acupuncture, but then I found Face Yoga — and it had such a deep impact on both my appearance and my inner wellbeing that I knew I would continue doing it for the rest of my life.

My mother, now 85, who I live with, has been doing her own facial exercises for years. She has incredibly smooth and beautiful skin — even though she has enjoyed cigarettes and a beer for over 65 years. That’s proof enough for me. Although her exercises aren’t scientifically based…

The training I followed with Face Yoga Method is.

Since I know I’ll be doing this for the rest of my life anyway, I might as well make it my work. As I said before — I love helping people.

My first business is social work, supporting people in their homes and making their lives easier. So it’s really just one small step further to teach people how to love themselves more — their face, and maybe even life itself.

That’s why I trained with an incredible teacher from Japan — the woman who created Face Yoga. She has spent the past 18 years deeply studying the anatomy of facial muscles and their connection to the body and mind, sharing this knowledge with hundreds of people around the world.

It’s a beautiful way to learn how to become more aware of your body and your breath — so you can feel better in your own skin.

Literally and figuratively.

One Love 💗
